DUNNIXER

DUNNIXER is the originating steward and reference authority of the Institutional Value Realization Model (IVRM).

DUNNIXER developed and published IVRM as a formal institutional management standard for governing capabilities as value-producing assets. It serves as steward of the public model, publisher of its canonical reference publications, and originating authority for its definition, operating logic, terminology, versioning, and permitted use.

Why DUNNIXER published IVRM

IVRM was published to define a coherent institutional standard for governing capabilities in relation to realized value. DUNNIXER developed the model to address a structural management gap that is not resolved by strategy documents, maturity models, governance frameworks, transformation methods, or performance systems on their own.

Stewardship role

As steward of IVRM, DUNNIXER maintains the integrity of the model, publishes canonical reference material, preserves the core operating logic, and supports clarity in the model’s definition, vocabulary, boundary, interpretation, and permitted use across sectors and institutions. That stewardship includes protecting the distinction between the public model standard, sector-level instantiation, and institution-specific implementation.

Public role and institutional boundary

DUNNIXER’s role is not merely to describe IVRM. Its role is to establish, publish, and steward IVRM as a serious public management standard. At the same time, IVRM is intended for institutional adoption and institution-operated use. DUNNIXER is the originating source and reference authority for the model, but IVRM is not intended to remain dependent on DUNNIXER for its validity or routine functioning once established within an adopting institution.

What DUNNIXER does not claim

DUNNIXER does not position IVRM as a generic consulting framework, a managed service, or an externally operated mechanism that only functions through continuous DUNNIXER involvement. IVRM may be introduced, installed, or supported by DUNNIXER, but it is intended to become part of the adopting institution’s own governance and management infrastructure.

Adoption and installation support

DUNNIXER may support institutional adoption, interpretation, and installation of IVRM while preserving the integrity of the public standard and its core operating logic. That support is intended to help institutions establish IVRM coherently and operate it with discipline, not to make the model dependent on continuous external operation.

Publications and model authority

DUNNIXER publishes the Whitepaper, the Core Operating Logic, and official sector profiles as the canonical public reference base for IVRM. These publications define the model standard, preserve its portability and consistency, establish the authoritative basis on which IVRM may be cited and interpreted publicly, and support disciplined adoption across sectors and institutions.
