Adoption

IVRM is designed for institutional adoption and institution-operated use as a repeatable management standard.

Organizations may adopt IVRM internally to govern capabilities as value-producing assets and to create a clearer link between capability condition, intervention, and realized value. Adoption is not limited to assessment. It is the institutional uptake of a management standard that can be operated through the institution’s own governance, ownership, and management discipline.

What adoption means

Adopting IVRM means using the model as an institutional management standard rather than as a one-time assessment lens or a loose conceptual reference. It means governing capability condition, dependency, intervention, and value realization through a coherent management logic rather than through isolated projects or disconnected reporting.

Institution-operated model

IVRM is intended for institution-operated use. External support may assist with interpretation or establishment, but the model is not intended to remain dependent on continuous external operation. The intended operating form is institution-run use through the organization’s own governance, ownership, and management infrastructure.

Bounded adoption

IVRM does not require immediate enterprise-wide application. Institutions may adopt it in bounded form before applying it more broadly. This makes adoption practical without changing the underlying logic of the model or requiring full institutional redesign at the outset.

Adoption boundary

The public IVRM standard explains what the model is, what logic it uses, and what disciplined adoption means. The detailed installation path, governance activation sequence, pilot structure, review cadence, and implementation mechanics belong to DUNNIXER’s proprietary delivery domain rather than to the public standard itself.

Role of DUNNIXER

DUNNIXER is the originating steward of IVRM. It publishes the public standard and may support institutional adoption while preserving the integrity of the model. That support does not change the intended operating form of IVRM: the model is meant to become part of the institution’s own management infrastructure rather than remain an externally operated mechanism.

Discuss adoption

Institutions that want to discuss IVRM adoption, bounded use, or publication use may contact DUNNIXER directly.
