IVRM is a published institutional management standard and public reference publication set stewarded by DUNNIXER.
DUNNIXER governs the public use of IVRM and its public reference materials. This page sets out the public position on permitted use, restrictions, citation, and permission requests relating to IVRM publications and related materials published on ivrm.org.
Scope of this page
This page applies only to publicly released IVRM publications and public reference materials made available through ivrm.org or otherwise released by DUNNIXER for public use. It does not apply to internal calibration guides, delivery assets, commercial strategy documents, pricing materials, institution-specific implementation materials, or other non-public IVRM materials.
Permitted use
Organizations and individuals may review publicly released IVRM materials, cite them in accordance with the citation requirement below, and adopt and use IVRM internally as a management model. Public materials may also be used for internal reference, evaluation, institutional learning, and non-commercial research or discussion, subject to the restrictions set out on this page.
Restrictions
Except where required by law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not republish, redistribute, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative frameworks from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use IVRM publications or public reference materials beyond the permitted uses stated on this page.
Without prior written permission from DUNNIXER or DUNNIXER FZ LLC where applicable, this includes redistribution of IVRM publications, creation of derivative frameworks, commercial training, certification programs, consulting offerings, software or platform offerings based on IVRM, branded assessment products, or other commercial uses derived from IVRM.
The IVRM name and associated terminology may not be used to represent derivative models, services, products, or commercial offerings without authorization. IVRM may not be rebranded, relabeled, or presented as another party’s proprietary model.
Citation requirement
When referencing IVRM in publications, presentations, research, or other materials, the model should be cited as follows:
DUNNIXER®. Institutional Value Realization Model (IVRM), Version 1.0.
Where a specific public IVRM publication is being referenced, the relevant publication title and version should also be identified.
- IVRM Whitepaper v1.0
- IVRM Core Operating Logic v1.0
- IVRM U.S. Banking Sector Profile v1.0
Citation boundary
Citation does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, adapt, translate, commercialize, or create derivative works from IVRM or its public reference materials. Citation is a requirement for authorized reference, not a license for broader use.
Relationship to the Terms page
This page should be read together with the Terms page published on ivrm.org. Where this page sets out specific permissions, restrictions, attribution requirements, or publication-use rules for IVRM materials, this page will control to the extent of any inconsistency relating to those materials.
Permission requests
Requests relating to republication, redistribution, derivative use, translation, commercial use, training, certification, authorized reference, or other permissions should be directed to info@ivrm.org or submitted through the Contact page.
Public reference boundary
Only materials expressly published as public IVRM reference materials form part of the public reference base. Internal calibration guides, delivery assets, commercial strategy documents, pricing materials, and institution-specific implementation materials are excluded unless expressly released in writing by DUNNIXER.
Interpretation
This page provides a general public statement only. It does not replace any formal legal agreement, license, or written permission issued by DUNNIXER or DUNNIXER FZ LLC. Any specific license, written permission, or formal agreement may supplement or override this page where expressly stated.
